Shannon has over three years’ experience in development finance, grant administration, and project management. At AgDevCo, she works in the Technical Assistance (TA) team, where she is responsible for presenting and implementing projects with a strong focus on value creation and impact.

Shannon is passionate about making finance accessible to underserved communities and supporting inclusive, long-term economic growth across Africa. Prior to joining AgDevCo, she worked at FSD Africa across the Digital Innovation, Carbon, and Early-Stage Finance pillars. Shannon holds a Bachelor of Business Science degree in Financial Engineering from Strathmore University.
