Diversity and Inclusion Statement

AgDevCo is committed to promoting a diverse and inclusive workplace and portfolio. A diverse set of perspectives, knowledge, opinions, and strengths is a vital ingredient to AgDevCo’s success. Making good investment decisions requires a variety of expertise, behaviour, and business networks.

At AgDevCo, diversity is about celebrating what makes people different and inclusiveness is about actively ensuring that everyone at AgDevCo has an equal chance to learn and progress regardless of these differences. This involves creating an environment where all people feel valued, have a sense of belonging, and are supported to do their best. As we work across multiple countries, our perspective on diversity and inclusion is both global and sensitive to local cultural and societal differences.

At AgDevCo we aim to increase the gender and racial diversity of our people across the whole organisation, including on our Board, Investment Committee and Executive Committee.
