Sibusisiwe Maseko is an Agriculture Advisor in the Commercial Agriculture team with a special focus on climate impact and resilience, regenerative agriculture, and animal welfare. She is passionate about the growth of a sustainable, prosperous agriculture sector in Africa and developing strategies for supporting its expansion.  Since 2021, she has worked as a senior analyst in the Sustainable Agriculture programme at GreenCape, where she focussed on supporting South Africa's agricultural sector to shift to more sustainable production systems. Sibusisiwe has developed specialist skills in project management, stakeholder management, business development, data collection and analysis, technical report writing, problem-solving, and strategic planning. 

In 2023, Sibusisiwe was selected as a winner of the Mail & Guardian 'Greening the Future' award in Sustainable Agriculture.
