Siobhan leads the HR function and is responsible for driving the overall human capital strategy across AgDevCo’s regional offices. 

Leveraging more than 15 years experience in various HR disciplines, she oversees recruitment, talent management, compensation and benefits, operational HR and partners with senior leaders in an advisory capacity. Prior to joining AgDevCo, Siobhan spent 9 years at Ninety One Ltd, where she held roles across their regional and international offices.

She holds a Bachelor of Social Science in Industrial Psychology and Political Analysis and a Certification in Corporate Coaching from the University of Cape Town, South Africa.
