Agnes is an accomplished ESG professional with over ten years of experience in the impact investment sector, supporting sustainable investments across Africa. She holds a master’s degree in Biodiversity and Natural Resource Management and has led ESG strategies across agriculture, manufacturing, large-scale infrastructure, energy and private equity. Agnes has conducted ESG due diligence, developed and implemented Environmental and Social Management Systems (ESMS), and created action plans aligned with IFC Performance Standards and global best practices. Her work spans portfolio monitoring, capacity building, and technical assistance, with a strong focus on driving meaningful impact through sustainable business practices.
